MindMeister and the red baron

ok, i had to get that out of the way. the name of this delicious program reminds me of Peanuts, what can i say?

Having gotten that out of the way, I have been introduced to MindMeister and think it a wonderful tool for people like me who like working collaboratively but aren't able to actually meet people in order to get things done, especially in long-distance collaborations. Skype can only help so much. Tools like MM really enable multimodal thinking, visualization and organization of data. It also helps literally organize the big picture accomodating multiple learning/thinking styles. 

Trying to understand Zotero and shift over from RefWorks which just makes me feel drab (and dependent on a 'net connection to access my bibliography). Obviously, i need more time to really get the hang of it.

So far, I am liking this blog..now if only i can get someone to respond, so i don't feel like i am in a room talking to myself. Is anybody there?
